The Report focuses on remarking about the particular challenges that members face individually rather than as a group. Those challenges and the way the countries face internal reforms to address them could make the difference between success and failure. It provides a detailed review of the issues that differ in each case but also in a positive approach remarks on the opportunities that the Pacific Alliance represents for the members and other possible strategic partners. The views presented on the impact and opportunities that other agreements such as TTP and TTIP will have for the Pacific Alliance members are interesting and worth following up on.
